Company History:
In
1968 founder Klaus Schneider began a series of innovative developments
that have led to patented designs including "Black Diamonds", adjustable
grip and depth gauge root canal instrument, individually wrapped
sterilized single use "throw away" FG diamond instruments, and other
market changing solutions. Moving the company to the US in the early
1980's to provide better sourcing of private label instruments and
dental manufacturing equipment, CRI became one of the leading sources
for mass-scale plating of diamond burs, diamond drills, diamond discs,
and diamond wheels.
In 1986, in view of AIDS and other
communicable diseases, Cut Rite was the first to introduce an affordable
U.S. made FG diamond disposable single use rotary instrument to support
infection control. This disposable instrument however, was fabricated
through a plating process that was superior to adhesive competitors. So
while being a perfect price point for single patient use, it was of
excellent quality. We have continued to deliver American made dental
instruments that are of superior quality. Our exclusive Kool
Abrasive(TM) provides the best performance of any FG diamond rotary
cutting instrument on the market. All of our products are made in our
